A useful quote starts with a clear scope. Whether you are planning commercial steelwork in the Triangle or residential railings, these details help DAWC understand what needs to be built, repaired or installed.
Describe the result you need
State whether the work is new construction, a replacement or a repair. Name the main item, such as a gate, stair system, structural frame or property railing. Include approximate dimensions when available and note whether you need fabrication, installation or both.
Show the site, not just the detail
Send a wide view of the work area and closer views of relevant connections or damage. Note stairs, restricted access, occupied spaces and other conditions that may affect installation. Do not climb or enter an unsafe area to take photographs.
Include drawings and requirements
Attach available architectural or structural plans and any finish requirements. Identify which drawings are current. For structural or safety-related work, your project design team and local authority determine applicable approvals; photographs alone are not a substitute for an approved design.
Share your location and desired timeframe
The quote form asks for the project city, whether the property is commercial or residential, and your desired timeframe. DAWC is based in Raleigh and serves projects across NC, SC, VA and GA. Requested dates are planning information, not a confirmed schedule.
Keep everything in one request
Use the free quote form to submit contact information, scope and optional attachments together. You can upload up to six files: 10 MB each and 25 MB in total. A confirmation appears after the request is received; the team then reviews the details for a project-specific estimate.
